In the Township of Scugog, just an hour northeast from Toronto – where the skyline has trees and rolling hills – there are a lot of possibilities.

And simple things make for wonderful memories, like walks in the forest where you can watch for deer and rabbits, picnics by the water or lunch in one of our fine dining establishments. Discover an amazing new artist, or eat cinnamon buns that people line up for out the door. Explore markets, lavender fields, fresh-picked berries, our local chocolatier and an award-winning brewery.

Come mingle with the locals in the quaint town of Port Perry where you’ll find the Victorian heritage district and distinctive old buildings that house character and charm, as well as unique shops, theatre and farm-to-table restaurants. The main street leads right down to Lake Scugog where boats launch and the waterfront park is great for hanging out in the sunshine.
